You have four possibilities to exchange your winnings (click on the Gifts button on the main page):
The Show Window: here you can chose what you want to receive. If the number of demands is superior to the number of offers, a draw is performed. If you are not in the winners’ list, the money deducted from your treasure chest for the auction shall be recredited.

The Auctions: the winner(s) that have bet the most, will win the present. If you are not in the winner’s list, the betted money will be recredited to your treasure chest as soon as the auction closes.

The Queue: choose a gift, join the queue and confirm your presence everyday until you win the Gift.

The Scratching: it costs 5 Bubz and enables you to win a present. Careful! All the gift tickets are not winners!
