According to the rules and on demand, we refund the cost involved for the purchase of one MaxPack per month. The refunded amounts are applicable to one MaxPack per month and per home (same name, and address) on the only condition that the player resides in France. To be reimbursed, please write us a letter with a proof of the MaxPack’s payment (e.g. internet operator statement, photocopy of the detailed telephone bill). If you have access to the site via a pro-minute connection, we refund 15 minutes.
